walk run training schedule

My 3yr old dog suddenly wants to pee inside?
I have a 3 year old dog (Shiba Inu). My husband and I got her from a breeder when she was about 9 months. The breeder had started housebreaking her, and I finished the job. She was fine for almost 2 yrs and then suddenly… she starts to pee everywhere. She pees when she sees rabbits outside the patio window (she loves to chase them). She’ll run around playing with me and suddenly stop to pee. And, worse of all, when it is time to go for a walk, I get the leash and right as I am about 3 feet from her, she pees right where she is standing! I am going crazy with this. I almost feel like she is doing this vindictively! Anyone have any advice that might help?
Background info: the vet checked her out and she has a clean bill of health, so its not UTI. she is crate-trained, has a very regular walk schedule, has never had problems with pittle (she doesn’t do this when friends come over), and she has always used a leash, so this is not her being scared of the leash.
a coupe years ago i had a dog who would get very excited about walks and would pee when she knew we were going on one. also male AND female dogs pee on things to prove dominance, im not sure if that helps at all but as far as the going for walks part try talkig her outside before puting the leash on, maybe that will help keep the house pee free haha.
