Trek Equinox 9.5 TTX Triathlon Bike?
I’m in the bike market right now and have been searching all over and reviewing bike brands.And I was wondering if anyone has or had a Trek Equinox 9.5 TTX triathlon bike. I have a Giant OCR 3 right now, it was a good beginner’s bike but I’m a serious triathlete now and I’m looking to upgrade to a full carbon tri bike and the Equinox 9.5 TTX really caught my eye. Absolutely any negative or positive responses to weather you love/like/dislike/hate the bike will be gladly appreciated.
P.S. The 2009 model is a bright green, if you have/had the 2009 bike, does the green getting like irritating. Like you think to yourself, why did I ever buy a bike that color and such a crazy green!? Just wondering…

Sorry no experience with the 9.5 but my wife, a fellow triathlete, went from an OCR 3 to a Trek Equinox 7 Triathlon bike and loved it. She’s upgraded again to a Litespeed titanium bike now but she was very comfortable on the Trek.
On a side note, there were quite a few elite triathletes at a local Sprint Triathlon this past weekend riding the Trek TTX 9 models if that holds any bearing on your decision.
