My left calf hurts when I raise it, at the beginning and at the end of a running session… is this an injure?
During the 4 mile training it doesn’t really hurt, it is only at the beginning before commencing the actual running and at the end of it…
And I do some 8-9 minutes of preliminary exercises…
Take extra time to stretch out your calves. I have the same problem with both my calves. I usually use a stair step and let my heels hang off. After a few seconds, I do fine.
