marathon training knee pain

Are there stretches I can do before running to reduce pain in my legs and feet?
I am training to do a mini marathon and have been running about 20-30 miles a week. I have started experiencing pain in my knees and the outsides of my feet. What stretches can I do to work these area out? Any suggestions on what I can do to prevent the pain?
Well I’m sure that you already know you have to stretch for at the very least 5 minutes before and after running. It’s hard to explain the stretches… so hope this helps. Look at all the videos provided.
