custom baseball cleats?
Are there any services that make custom baseball cleats by adding spikes to the bottom of regular shoes? Some pros have shoes that are just basketball or running shoes with cleats, ie dustin pedroia and frank thomas (or at least he did on the A’s when he had a bad foot).
I know for sure that there are companies out there that do this. Back in when I was playing in college there was a guy that came out and tried to sell them to us. We had to provide the shoe and the cleat and he would charge us like 100 or so to do the conversion… so it was pretty expensive for a pair of cleats. This was a good 5 yrs ago so I don’t remember exactly how much or even what the company name was. Sorry, but with a little more research I am sure you can find someone who does this. Good luck.
